# Thumbnail Assistance

> **"Set a Thumbnail"** is a handy function for you to quickly change the cover of your sheet.

To change the cover of your sheet in a fast and neat manner, select "Set a Thumbnail" by clicking on the detail icon of your sheet.

This tool lets you create a neat covers for your sheets. You can select the color for your thumbnail and text from pre-defined colors as well as add a custom HEX color from the palette. Main content and description of thumbnails are customizable.

You could also take a screenshot of your sheet to set it as a thumbnail. This feature allows you to crop your screenshot as well as fit it with pre-defined aspect ratio of 14:9.
